FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 7 days of booking are fully refundable. After 7 days, a 30% fee will be charged, and the $100 deposit will be retained. Programs booked within 7 days incur a $50 late booking fee, are due in full, and are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are due in full. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours are not honored.
+Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the event will not be honored, and payment is due in full. The rescheduled class must occur within 30 days of the original date. A rescheduling fee may apply if the request is made within 14 days of the event.
+What kind of space is best suited for a Mad Science special event?
An ideal assembly location would be an area an open space for the children to sit on the floor. Mad Science special events generally work best when held indoors. However, they can be performed outdoors, weather permitting, where shelter from the wind can be provided.
+Do we need to provide Mad Science with any equipment?
For each scheduled show or activity station, we require an 6-foot long table to place our equipment on. Depending on the show you select, we may need access to an electrical outlet, access to a sink and/or water to rinse out and clean our glassware and other equipment after the event.
