All About Our Birthday Parties!
Designed for kids ages 4-12
30 minutes long for preschoolers and 1-2 hours long for older kids
Hands-on, interactive, and fun science demonstrations
Make-and-take activity for each child, like slime, putty, or a bouncy ball
Held at your house, our party room, or a venue of your choice, like a community center or recreation center
Thrilling add-ons like hovercraft rides, dry ice, cotton candy making, and rocket launches!
Cancellation policy: There is a 36-hour grace period after the time of booking the party where the deposit may be refunded. After this 36-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable.
Our Birthday Parties are capped at 20 participants.

FAQ
When do I pay?
We require a $100 deposit to book your party. You'll submit the remaining balance to the Mad Science instructor at the conclusion of your party. You can pay with cash, check, or provide authorization to charge the credit card we have on file.
+For a Travel Party, do I need to provide anything?
We will need access to water for set-up and clean-up and access to electricity. Please let us know if your party location does not have either of these.
+How far in advance do I need to book my party?
Our party schedule fills up quickly. We suggest you book well in advance to get the date and time you want. Generally, at least 4 weeks in advance is recommended.
+What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 36-hour grace period after the time of booking the party where the deposit may be refunded. After this time period, the deposit is non-refundable. Parties cancelled two weeks or less prior to the party date will be due in full.
+Can I bring outside food or drinks for my party at The Lab?
Yes, outside food or drinks are permitted, no alcohol is permitted.
+Do you provide food or drinks for my party at The Lab?
No, we do not provide food. We do provide filled water pitchers for your party.
+Can I decorate The Lab for my party?
You're welcome to bring balloons & decorations to set out on the table. We don't allow confetti, silly string, glitter, pinatas or decorations on the ceiling. All of our tables are covered in purple Mad Science tablecloths.
+Do you provide plates and utensils at The Lab?
Yes, we provide durable disposable plates, napkins, cups, utensils and a filled water pitcher.
